Our mission is to enhance educational opportunities for students, families and staff of the School District of Brown Deer.

We are independent of, but work closely with the School District, to accelerate student learning, support the professional growth of our teachers and staff, facilitate community/school partnerships, and provide a scholarship program for BDHS graduates.

We do this by awarding grants to enhance educational opportunities for our students, providing college scholarships to deserving graduates of Brown Deer High School, purchasing and distributing books to support literacy and reading, and engaging in a variety of activities that meet a need, remove an  obstacle, fuel personal effort, or support teacher innovation.

The funds we raise stay here in Brown Deer and directly benefit our children. Over 90% of our expenses went to directly benefit students. We are an organization of volunteers who are committed to enhancing educational opportunities for our students.
